Prof. Jianxin ZHANG is expert of Yunnan Higher Education Evaluation Center, Director & professor of the Research Sector of Higher Education in Yunnan University, vice editor-in-chief of journal ACADEMY, Yunnan, China.
She got her Ph.D in Higher Education in the Graduate School of Education of Peking University Beijing in China, her Master degree in Higher Education in Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland. She has rich experience in Higher Education Evaluation for over 10 years. She stayed in UNESCO APEID for 6 months as a visiting scholar to learn about quality assurance in ASEAN, as well as to Quality Assessment at Programme Level in Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta. She has evaluated 6 higher Education institutes in Yunnan in China for years. And she has joined the international Survey to Seek the Members’ Input to the Revision of Higher Education for APQN. She has published 4 monographs and a series of articles.
