Professional Summary

Currently, he is Director of Accreditation of the CONEAU-Argentina (National Commission of University Evaluation and Accreditation), organism to which has been belonging for the last 8 years. He has dealt with quality evaluation and development of measures intended to the improvement of the Higher Education: evaluation of undergraduate and graduate programs, design of instruments and indicators, and coordination of committees. He was international consulter and participates assiduously as teacher and facilitator in seminaries and workshops on these subjects. He is member of the coordination board of project IESALC-UNESCO “Systems of Accreditation in Latin America and the Caribbean”. He has integrated advisory commissions of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Health. He has participated in research projects and is co-author of several articles published in journals of the area of his expertise. He had several teaching assistantships in the Faculty of Agronomy of the University of Buenos Aires (FA-UBA), also in the National University of Tres de Febrero. In the FA-UBA, he had an intense involvement in academic activities: he was member of the Academic Commission of the Graduates School, member of several Departmental Commissions, and currently is member of the Curricular Commission (which provides assessment to the Main Board of the Faculty on issues related with curricular changes or reform).
