Upon approval of your registration, an invitation will be issued to assist you in obtaining a visa (if required). Visas can take up to eight weeks to be approved depending on the country you are from and/or traveling to, so early application is advised.

Venue and Accommodation
 

The Conference venue is at the Angkor Era Hotel on the National Road #6, Phum Khnar, Khum Chreav, Siem Reap, Cambodia. It is branded as an Eco Friendly Hotel, which practices the Highest Environmental Standard in recycling, re-use, promotion of renewable energy like solar, wind farm, bio-gas and so forth. It takes about 20 minutes by car from Siem Reap International Airport.

All participants have to make their own reservation. We recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. It's the responsibility of the participant to cancel the room if necessary. APQN and ACC, Cambodia are not responsible for the booking and cancellation of rooms. Please find the list of cooperated hotels with the Office of Council of Ministers of Cambodia with special discount for the participants of APQN 2012 Annual Conference.  There will be several international conferences at the same period in the hotel, so please be sure to mention 'APQN 2012 Conference and AGM' to avoid confusion.
